Cliff Ghiglieri is a Ph.D. student in the Nuclear Engineering program at the Colorado School of Mines. His research is in machine learning applications for reactor simulations and he is working on a project designing a subcritical assembly to be built on campus. He earned a Professional Master of Science degree in Nanoscience from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University. Cliff is also a professional whitewater rafting guide and trip leader on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
